He's also rude on the phone, shouting "Fully booked already! Fully booked already!" when I just wanted to call and ask if a WL is available that day.

Plus, he can be super sarcastic. One time I paid for his house WL for 2-hour session. He asked me why not go for 3 hours.

I can choose to ignore his nonsense but I sympathize with the WLs who may lose potential new customers because of his customer service (or lack thereof).

no doubt that their service is good.....i do agree they are friendly and nice to customer....

but however, if you notice that if got new customer come and look for a particular WL, and that WL is inside the room servicing other customers, the OKT will message the WL.

resulted the WL will rush because scare outside customer not willling to wait too long and hence he will choose other WL.....

Talking about the OKT, I always get a flat out "No Girls" when I have tried this place. I am Caucasian, so thinking there is an unwritten rule somewhere here that no foreigners allowed? Is that right?
