The owners want to charge $88 coz they want to huat huat ma, but they never think long term sustainability of this pricing model. If the entrance fee is so high then they have less customers to sustain revenue, which will cause the MLs to leave in search of greener pastures. Then they have to find another ML to make up that empty slot which wastes more time for them.
