[For info] Just curious, is it true that those KTV joints, they are runned by gangs?
I heard this saying around.
Diff KTV joints located ard the island, they are runned by different gangs under different locations. We, customers are not affected by this. Its just that the gangs grow their money by profiting out of this business. The joints are legal though as they are registered under ACRA. Is this true? Just curious.
